Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2864 SB 255 A message dated April 11, 2008, was received stating the Senate has returned the following at the request of the House: SENATE BILL NO. 255 am H "An Act relating to refunding of certain outstanding bonds issued by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority concerning the Snettisham hydroelectric project and related assets; 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2865 relating to a municipal tax exemption for certain assets and projects of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; providing for an effective date by amending an effective date in sec. 3, ch. 117, SLA 2000, as amended by sec. 2, ch. 74, SLA 2003; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE BILL NO. 255 "An Act relating to refunding of certain outstanding bonds issued by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority concerning the Snettisham hydroelectric project and related assets; and providing for an effective date." Representative Joule moved that the House rescind previous action in passing SB 255 am H on reconsideration (page 2825). The question being: "Shall the House rescind previous action in passing SB 255 am H on reconsideration?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Joule moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in adopting Amendment No. 1 as amended. There being no objection, it was so ordered and the new title follows: SENATE BILL NO. 255 "An Act relating to refunding of certain outstanding bonds issued by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority concerning the Snettisham hydroelectric project and related assets; and providing for an effective date." Amendment No. 1 as amended (page 2823) was before the House.
